All anyone wants is if platforms can deplatform people for violating ToS, that everyone be held equally accountable when they break it.

  3. You are correct that they saw the protests from the 60s and 70s and want that. They're taught in many schools to be activists. In college professors will give extra credit for attending certain protests. We've got so many NGOs and non profit organizations that were created to address a particular issue. Once that issue is resolved they realize their jobs are over. So they have to find a new issue to "solve" to keep money rolling in. That's why you see such ridiculously tiny issues being blown up like they're a major one. Then you've got dumb people like the attacker that get it in their head from watching or getting involved on some level with said issue that they'll do what they believe others are too afraid to and doing that will start the revolution they've been told will fix everything. It's nasty and it needs to be stopped. Edit: I should point out most of these people are commies. Communism requires a violent revolution.

  4. His "manifesto" was pure garbage. He has generational wealth. Removing the CEO who grew up poor and worked his way up accomplished nothing. He could have started a non profit to help people and accomplished far more.

  6. Agree. Not my pig, not my farm. I strongly object to my tax money being spent to prop up foreign wars, but I care very little about either side in 90% of cases. I also won't ever understand if these people actually cared about the Palestinians why they'd support Hamas who does way more to harm them than Israel had. It seems to me they'd be way better off with them out of power.

  9. Hasan is one of the biggest money makers for Twitch. It's not hard to figure out they won't get rid of him because it'll lose them too much money. It was common to see favoritism on YouTube too, but it's gotten much better at evenly applying the ToS.

  12. Stop it. Hasan broke ToS. Everyone that breaks it should be equally punished. Hasan escapes responsibility constantly. It's about equality. Equality is good remember? The definition of a terrorist is someone who attacks civilians to cause fear in the population for political goals. Which is exactly what this person did. So I guess we can remove the label from groups like the KKK then since everything requires nuance.

Those 2 were at that event to try to get more aid TO Gaza. This isn't a political channel. It's a drama channel. If you want political discussions, there are tons of channels for that. He doesn't owe you anything. Edit: Do you think he's American? Is that why you think he has to publicly pick a side? He's not. Why aren't ya'll just as crazy about the kids dieing in Ukraine? Way more have died there. Russia is trying to take over the country and destroy Ukrainian culture in their native homeland. Also just because he might support the other side, it's his choice. If you don't like it, don't watch his videos.
