  1. The best part was trying to say he didn't deny it and then denying it multiple times. He doesn't even know that forensic evidence also falls under circumstantial evidence. He doesn't understand that the prosecutor saying he can't charge anyone has nothing to do with it not happening, but because they're not citizens in the country and they have no way to identify them.

  2. Said the guy who doesn't know forensic evidence is circumstantial evidence. I'll even explain why. Somebody's fingerprint is found at a crime scene. All that does is prove at some point that person was there. It doesn't prove they were there at the time so it legally falls under circumstantial until there's more evidence putting them there at the time it occurred.
