@chrissymc886 The 25th dynasty was Nubians. They conquered Egypt with the help of religious leaders. They had lost a lot of their power because people were turning away from the gods. Nubia had the same religion and it was still fervently believed by them. So the religious leaders helped the Nubians take over Egypt so they would enforce the religious practices and restore their power. The Egyptian people did not become Nubians though.

@hizzlemobizzle That would be your US History courses. It appears you didn't attend high school because that's when World History is a separate subject and your knowledge of US History is grade school level. Don't try to claim that's what's taught now because my sons recently graduated high school.

@etnomadaul A movie made over 50 years ago isn't relevant to today. Why would you complain about something that happened so long ago? During that time studios owned the actors and they put them in whatever role they wished. Who was lead actor depended only on who audiences liked at the time. Liz Taylor was closer to what Cleopatra looked like than is in this current show too. Since Cleopatra was Greek aka European.

@BUNTOTILA Yes Britain never had a Queen ruler. Get out of here with that bs. She wasn't illegitimate or she never would have been allowed to marry her brother to succeed him. We know the rules of succession that you point out and then just toss aside. No ruler of Egypt was ever illegitimate and they were all horribly inbred. That's the same no matter the monarchy. Her father didn't have a harem as was customary in many Egyptian dynasties. That last comment shows how little you know of world history. Britain had Queens, France had a couple, Ireland had them, Spain had them. Britain just lost their ruler Queen Elizabeth II. Her husband was not King, he was Prince. Just like her namesake Elizabeth the 1st who never even married. Egypt only had 4 female Pharaohs. Which given it's much longer history than other kingdoms was very few.

@ahmedbelton8139 If emilien isn't qualified to speak on behalf of "your people" then why the hell are speaking in behalf of Egyptians where you don't even live?

@trukeesey8715 You're just a little tyrant aren't you. You don't get to dictate what others say or make demands on them. No one died and declared you ruler of YouTube or the internet. If you don't like it feel free to stop using it. YouTube has no problem with it or it wouldn't be allowed on the platform. Nobody has to go listen to some crackpot you worship either. Like the other account, I've seen you all over every video about this in the comment section trying to act like some prophet or something. You have no power here now go away.

@titanblooded6222 No they weren't. You do understand a desert and sea separate Greece from Ethiopia right? Ethiopians weren't seafaring people so how did they freely intermingle with Greeks? Coptics are the closest to original Egyptians and share their DNA. Not Greeks.

@neutraliserjanine No documentaries don't dramatize. That's why they're called documentaries. A docudrama does, which that's not what this is called. It's called a documentary. Documentaries present facts to the audience and that's all. Nature shows that follow wild animals around DOCUMENTING what's happening are an example of a documentary and why they're called that.

@ajmachin1134 sigh You again. Every single video under every single comment you push the same bs that's been debunked repeatedly by historians and archeologists. That's not how succession works. She had to be of pure royal blood. They inbred to keep the line pure. If she was illegitimate she would have been killed to prevent her from raising an army and causing a rebellion.
