Except that doesn't happen with women. Nobody sees a woman who didn't develop her female organs and go "well technically she could be male, so we should call them that." For research purposes and helping prevent the defect, it's important. Outside that role, it isn't. It's just a defective male that failed to develop properly. But rather than allow them to deal with the limitations that presents, we're calling them female so they aren't limited. A defective male can just be a woman so their feelings. It's so insulting. Only for both of the twin boys to end up seeking Canadian health care. I learned about these horrors in one of my psychology courses in college. It's why there was a rigorous, lengthy, and intensive process to even get approved for it then. It was for the worst cases. Not for confused children. It's just a money-making scam for pharmaceutical companies and plastic surgeons. At least some were denied. In the US, pretty much all of them wouldn't have been prescribed it within minutes of their first visit.

Keep in mind that in court cases, lawyers will have their client release information that they won't be allowed in court. They do it all the time to sway public opinion. So the clips he's "released" aren't how they'll be submitted to the court or won't be allowed at all due to being incomplete or some other technical reason. In Lively's case, the text messages of the campaign against her are clear as day. References to payments, openly discussing how to word certain things, using reporters that there's a personal relationship with because they'll go along with it. Court document wise, it's not good for him. There's also a documented history of him being a s3x pest. Just remember Depp and Heard and how she released certain things to the public that looked one way until the full context was shown in court.

Anything not earmarked for a specific thing is discretionary spending. Discretionary spending is for whatever the president wants it for. That's why Trump was able to divert the Pentagon's discretionary spending to building the wall. There was a whole court case about it. Once the House goes over the suggested budget from the executive branch and the Senate approves it, they no longer have any say in that money.,
