  2. We're not talking getting scalded like a normal hot cup of coffee would do. We're talking required skin grafts type of hot. That was what it was about. Had it touched someone's mouth or lips, it would have done significant damage to those areas, too. It's not about it being spilled. It's that it went far beyond the level of heat to be against food safety regulations.

  6. It's the other way around, but, yeah. Sex is what you're born as. Either male or female. Gender is a description of a person's sex and stage of development. A woman is an adult human female. Just as a mare is an adult female horse.

  9. The Supreme Court didn't rule that. It's in the Constitution and only applied to slaves. No free black people, which there were many. That's because one side wanted them to not count in the census, and the other side did. That's because the census determines how many representatives a state has. So that was the compromise. Since they couldn't vote, they shouldn't have been counted but them today that standard could easily be applied to illegals.
