All of this is based on the "findings" of a psychopath called Money. He created the idea that sex and gender are separate and mutilated a twin to attempt to prove it and then lied for years about the results. Only for both of the twin boys to end up seeking Canadian health care. I learned about these horrors in one of my psychology courses in college. It's why there was a rigorous, lengthy, and intensive process to even get approved for it then. It was for the worst cases. Not for confused children. It's just a money-making scam for pharmaceutical companies and plastic surgeons. At least some were denied. In the US, pretty much all of them wouldn't have been prescribed it within minutes of their first visit.
