13:40 As a woman who's been in a similar situation, not the being filmed, she's already told him this. The look is that he's doing it again and putting her on the spot in such a way. Guys like this are VERY manipulative. They keep trying no matter how many times you say no. It gets to the point you realize you can't be nice about it anymore. I know people want to feel sorry for him, but you shouldn't. He did this thinking she'd be too nice to reject him in this situation. As a nice girl who also doesn't like to hurt people's feelings, been there done that too many times. I've had a guy in a wheelchair use being disabled to try to shame me into going out with him. I had a guy like this ask me out for YEARS even though I'd do everything possible to avoid him.

No he's not. She's already rejected him multiple times. She even said so with the won't take no for an answer. Maybe he'll stop since it was so public, but it's unlikely. He'll figure out some other situation to put her in to try to get her to say yes. She wasn't brutal enough yet. He even says "I know" still smiling. He's not sad in the slightest.
