Most of Americans are. I loved when the MSM would ask voters and they had no idea what they were talking about.

9:10 He did not bring it. Milie did as a gift. The president of Argentina. In those videos they've been racist to Milie, ageist to the ADULTS working at DOGE, and seem to believe a bunch of elderly people are on the internet. The cursing is also beyond cringe. Shumer trying to cuss is just skin crawling levels of cringe.

You're leaking his info. Why is it okay for you? He didn't have an internship if he didn't go to college. He had opened his own business at 17. He's an adult. If a person can graduate college at age 13, go through medical school, and all the training by 18 is he not still a doctor just as capable as any other one he went to school with? You're being very ageist. You're either too old or too young to know this is how the tech industry was built. With young, highly intelligent people that learned everything on their own because there were no college degrees in it. It's how every new tech advancement works. Edit: "Due process" involves criminal trials. It has nothing to do with employment. Due process means the person was charged, faced trial, and had the option to face their accuser. There's no such thing as due process where your employer is concerned. You're just tossing out words you have no idea what they mean. That had to be one of the dumbest things I've read today. Some of those workers were rehired because a court said they had to be. I'm also going to guess you've never been through a company restructuring. That happens all the time. Did nuclear weapons or a power plant explode? Did the offices at the FAA stop functioning (all of them were office workers, not air traffic control)? Nope. The one or two performed a job that someone they didn't fire relied on. That's all. Bill Clinton fired over 350,000 federal workers. Trump and Musk are no where near that, yet.

I was going to comment suddenly they understand higher prices are bad because they didn't know that under Biden.

@Isanyofthisreal The "danger to our democracy" was from stations all owned by the same group. Makes you think maybe the FCC shouldn't have allowed that.

@crispy-qx5oi DOGE is a department Obama created. They're using government servers. You can know that because they're just transferring data from the department they're working with at that moment onto hard drives to be gone over. Including the systems being used by those departments to look for ways to improve the systems increasing efficiency. Nothing they're dealing with is classified to require some type of top security clearance. They're all employed by the government except Musk, meaning they went through the same background checks as every federal employee. The government gets hacked all the time. Especially low level areas like DOGE is dealing with. Musk already has most of that information from his tech companies and Tesla. He can purchase it from other tech companies that scrape your data. Your everyday data like what you shop for and where you go is far more valuable than the data Musk is dealing with at Social Security. Also, so you're aware, the government doesn't have your medical records. Medicare is processed by Blue Cross Blue Sheild under a government contract. Not by government employees. I know. I worked in medical billing and medical records for 10 years.

@nunliski Have you actually ever been in a chicken house for layers or did you just watch a video about the ones sent for consumption? They're completely different types of chickens and different conditions. I grew up in a town with a lot of chicken houses because we had a processing plant. The ones sent for slaughter are bred to have massive breast's. So large, their legs break if they reach maturity. So they're collected before that point. Hens for laying are kept for years so treated differently.

To be fair, some of that was Trump's. The difference is Biden's added unnecessary stimulus was what pushed it over the edge. Trump had removed money from circulation before the lockdowns so there was wiggle room. Because of that what little there was from Trump would have been smaller and shorter. Giving out a large stimulus when the supply chain was so messed up and there were already shortages from people staying home and spending money was always going to result in what happened.

@mkay1957 My son works at a Phillips refinery in Oklahoma. Most refining is moving out of California due to regulation and taxes. The industry pay standard combined with that makes it unprofitable in California. Industry standard pay is around $50 and hour.

@Justin-pe9cl I remember when those jobs got destroyed due to gas prices. I felt so sorry for the elderly women who'd never filled their own tank in their lives. Their husband's did it, then they'd pay an attendant after he died. We had 1 full service gas station in our town and it was heartbreaking watching them trying to figure out how to do it. Fortunately it's the south so people would just help.
