  3. You're leaking his info. Why is it okay for you? He didn't have an internship if he didn't go to college. He had opened his own business at 17. He's an adult. If a person can graduate college at age 13, go through medical school, and all the training by 18 is he not still a doctor just as capable as any other one he went to school with? You're being very ageist. You're either too old or too young to know this is how the tech industry was built. With young, highly intelligent people that learned everything on their own because there were no college degrees in it. It's how every new tech advancement works. Edit: "Due process" involves criminal trials. It has nothing to do with employment. Due process means the person was charged, faced trial, and had the option to face their accuser. There's no such thing as due process where your employer is concerned. You're just tossing out words you have no idea what they mean. That had to be one of the dumbest things I've read today. Some of those workers were rehired because a court said they had to be. I'm also going to guess you've never been through a company restructuring. That happens all the time. Did nuclear weapons or a power plant explode? Did the offices at the FAA stop functioning (all of them were office workers, not air traffic control)? Nope. The one or two performed a job that someone they didn't fire relied on. That's all. Bill Clinton fired over 350,000 federal workers. Trump and Musk are no where near that, yet.
