  2. So wait, you're professionals claiming he was the second shooter, with absolutely zero evidence. They don't even have the murder weapons. There were tire impressions that don't belong to any known vehicle which is also huge reasonable doubt. Yes it's defense attorneys job is to defend their client. I thought this was the US were it's innocent until proven guilty. They haven't proven anything because they have no evidence.

  3. They don't have the murder weapons so how do you know they were his guns? You don't. You're guessing and assuming based on zero evidence. The defense is saying even if they were, which it's impossible to know, this is an explanation for it. According to the prosecution witnesses there were tire tracks there that don't belong to any known vehicle. Responsible doubt right there.
