  1. We had a new underlying employed that was a code enforcer. All the sudden people were getting papers on their vehicles about being parked too long. This is in a residential area not business. Nobody had ever even heard of this rule much less been ticketed for it and that's in the 40 years I'd lived there. Needless to say he didn't last long after a few complaints. When they'd answer the phone and you'd start explaining what happened there was a sigh on the other end followed by a "yeah. It's a new guy. He's a little overzealous. He's being talked to". That's how these things should work in a city government that works hand in hand with the population.
