  1.  Don Shepard  First off, he wasn't a "kid". 20 is an adult. Secondly, he wasn't murdered. An accident isn't murder. Lastly, why aren't you upset or care about the 500 white people that were killed by police last year with zero charges against the officers? Why do you ONLY care if they are black? Seems to me you have issues with empathy that you should address before trying to accuse others of the same thing. Edit: There is a reply function so people know who you're talking to. Otherwise it looks like everything is addressed to the original comment.

  2.  Don Shepard  Except it is okay to kill people resisting arrest depending on the circumstances. If an officer says stop, you're under arrest and you shot at them, that's resisting arrest too. Don't come back with "that's not what happened" either because that's not what your comment says. It says "You can't kill people for resisting arrest". Depending on the laws of that state, deadly force is allowed when attempting to flee in a vehicle because it is considered a deadly weapon.

  3.  Don Shepard  A car is considered a deadly weapon. Attempting to flee in the car is, depending on the laws of that state, the same as reaching for a gun. AJW went over that in the video you obviously didn't watch. Because she made a mistake in which weapon she grabbed, doesn't mean it was against the law for her to use the one she did. It just wasn't her intent.
