  1. A member of the faculty is suing the college over racial discrimination because of forced CRT training. She would be told in meetings how horrible she was because she's white and was denied a promotion because of her race too. That training is a direct result of this incident.

  3. They claim to want a white awakening to where white people realize race is everything and they create a collective. They think they will feel guilty and vote for black above their own and lift them to positions of power in government and business. It never occurs to them that they'll vote for their own self intrest, which is most likely the outcome.
