Yes because we don't have the ability to make a choice. There's a difference in knowing what the exact outcome will be and being able to see all possible outcomes. Omnipotent means He can see what will happen depending on the choice you make, not that there is only one choice. It's your choice to fail. It's your choice to keep failing just like in everything else. It's your fault you don't take the risk that had a potential big payoff and it's your fault if you refuse to do anything to improve your situation in life. I know that's hard for people who like to blame everyone else for their own mistakes, but it's how the world works. God very rarely intervenes in the world. If He did it all the time, they wouldn't be miracles they'd just be normal everyday things and we wouldn't have free will. Without free will we'd be no different than the animals that are pretty much pure instinct.
