  1. Miracles do happen. Doctors talk about patients that miraculously heal with no explanation. People who should die who live. It doesn't require a person, though, and a miracle doesn't require a religion attached to it. A miracle just means something happened that shouldn't have with zero reason known why it happened.

  3. I tend to agree. Faith healers are charlatans and give all of us a bad name. They prey on the desperate, just like snake oil salesman did.

  4. I'm a Christian, too, but the laying of hands is bs. It's their own ego at work. As someone who went into spontaneous remission when my organs were trying to shut down, I absolutely believe in miracles. It didn't require anyone to touch me.

  5. We generally don't elect faith healers regardless of the political side. There's a big difference in praying for someone and claiming to have possessed the power of God yourself.
