  1. I don't think people fully understand that even the color on the walls and bathroom tiles will affect it. It's because if it's some weird color it's going to be something 99.9% of the population would want changed. Same for the exterior. There are so many factors that play into it unless all the properties appraised were completely identical down to materials used to build them, that's an impossible claim to prove.

  2. I'm confused why 2 different people answered for what the original commenter said. Do you two know them personally to interpret what they meant? A lot of countries have made that speech illegal. It's also already illegal to discriminate in hiring and other practices. You have to have proof though and not just "feel" that way. The issue for huwhite people, men specifically, is that the DoJ isn't going to do anything and good luck finding a sympathetic judge.
