@peterang6912 He was yelling it was his while it was undocked and unlocked by her. Him and his friend FORCED it with her on it back into the docking station with his hand intentionally covering the scan area on the bike. He then quickly, while preventing her from being able to move to get her phone back out, scanned his phone and recovered the scanning area. He then docked it AGAIN after she left and didn't use it for another 30 minutes. If you force someone to relinquish something that's currently in their possession, that's theft.
