@DJdeliverance You can't just leave a dog home alone while you travel. They don't crap in a box like a cat. Yes this is airplane travel, though some airlines are cracking down on emotional support animals being allowed because it's been abused.

@davidmajor1508 Rich depends on your perspective. My son's girlfriend moved in with us and thought we were rich because I'd buy her clothes at Jcpenney on sale. One day my son asked about her parents income. Come to find out, they made about the same as us they just didn't know how to budget. "Rich" isn't always about actual income. Also trying to claim people in the US are poor is pretty insulting. 99.9% of the population is in the world's top 1%. We're all 1%ers in the US. It's more accurate to say struggling. So yes spending $10 a meal everyday would indeed be "rich" to some people. It still would to me and we make over $150,000 a year now. That's wasteful and because I grew up extremely struggling, the stretching a dollar as far as it will go mindset will never fully go away. I flinch spending that much on my meal at an upscale restaurant.

@The_Real_Frisbee Do you have any idea how many meals I could make out of 1 bag of chicken breasts? It better be a lot in that bag too because I can buy 7 fresh breasts for less than $12. I can make meals that will feed 6-8 people with 1 breast. Throw in some fresh veggies and it's healthy and filling. I figured it up one day how much what I normally cook costs per person. &1.20. That's not buying expensive ingredients, but not a depression era meal either (which are the recipes that 1 breast feeds a large family). Just a normal healthy dinner.

@The_Real_Frisbee Ahh I'm going to assume you're in a if you don't grow it or kill it, you don't eat it situation. I grew up that way. We'd trade any excess produce that we didn't can ourselves for things our neighbors grew that we didn't. It was healthy, but a lot of work.

@CyTolliver That's just a stupid response. Dogs can get upset stomachs and have accidents even the best trained ones. Dogs aren't people so just stop.

Shep VanDelay You're just insane. Dogs are domesticated wolves and wild dogs like Dingoes. It was done so long ago they can't survive on their own. So I guess if you want 90% of dogs to die sure, free them from their "slavery".
