Yes. That irritates me so much. Free black people weren't 3/5th. The Constitution never mentions race. Over 3,000 free black citizens owned slaves. Meaning they were wealthy because that wasn't cheap. Many American Indians/Natives owned slaves too and many had been slaves as well. I hope one day the full history gets taught. Edit: The King eventually outlawed enslaving the native population. To get around that, at least in Virginia, the governor removed that option from the census. So it was only black or white and Natives were put under black allowing them to continue to be enslaved. I know the history of Virginia during that time because that's where my tribe is from. The very idea that only black people could be slaves came from the King, not the colonists.

It's what's currently being done when it comes to illegals. They can't vote so they have no representation and the majority don't pay taxes yet they're counted on the census to decide how much representation each state gets.

His head was being slammed into concrete. That was reason enough. Chunk called him a murderer when he was acquitted which is slander. I really wish everyone they do that to would sue them.

These shows aren't debates. That's the main problem with your assertion. Tim has said over and over he doesn't debate and isn't good at it. It's just a conversation. So expecting something he explicitly states he doesn't do is a failure on your part. I don't like Tim either, but there's lots of things to dislike that doesn't involve you being upset he doesn't do what he tells you he's never going to do.

There's nothing on Tim's show that would ever go to court so that's a ridiculous claim. No, Tim has said repeatedly he doesn't do debates. Which means he's not going to argue with his guest. The only time he really does, even with this, is when it's personal against him.
