I love the rewriting of what it was. "All lives matter" was seen as racist when it was plainly stating what she now claims BLM means. If it meant too, there'd have been a too on it. They had people believing thousands were being ended by police when it was 9.

@MamaMOB Most cities, which DC is, vote on things like that. Especially since it's something out of their tax dollars to maintain. Local governments aren't as much as representative government as the federal one is.

@Weaver1812 Act Blue was a fund raising payment processing website used by Democrats. Every donation ACT Blue took a percentage from and sent it to the DNC pocketbook. If any donation page got shutdown or the fundraiser was disbanded, they'd decide where the funds went.

@minecraftfox4384 It was this story by this black female "journalist" that won all kinds of awards. At first she claimed she'd researched it and it was the true history, but she finally had to admit she made it up. She just gathered a bunch of other people's essays and writing and declared 1619 the real founding of America, it's the date the first slave ship arrived, and spun a new history that they were the real founders. Just ignore Natives were enslaved until the King put an end to it like 10 years before.

OMG! NO! They're removing paint on the street! The horror. I can't image anyone ever thought that was some type of monument. Much less a permanent one. Thats not what monuments look like. It's an embarrassing eyesore. I can't image how much it costs to keep repainting it.
