Food deserts are a myth. Places have opened in those areas that offer fresh produce. They fail because people there don't buy it. You can't force them to buy something they obviously don't want. According to the left, you can't teach proper nutrition either because that's "fatphobic" and racist against minorities. So this trend will continue.

@mahguvnah7403 It's Asians. They are accepted at prestigious universities at an even lower rate than whites. Medical school, for example, is 50% acceptance rate for whites and 51% for Asians. It's 90% for black.

It's very anti science for the "trust the science" crowd. Absence of evidence means it doesn't exist according to how science is supposed to work.

How good is the awareness when it's not addressing the real problem? It's pretty much useless. I've watch Asians that are public figures apologize for being who they are to the group attacking them. That's not addressing anything real.

That doesn't explain Asian success everywhere they settle. Since colonialism is only associated with white people, it can't be applied to Asian success worldwide. The problem with these philosophies, is that they only work when viewed from the US as the root cause of everything. Since the US has nothing to do with Asian success in other countries, that doesn't work. It's also the problem with post modernism. Other cultures have similar customs when it comes to family and work that they had before they were in contact with Western culture. So assigning things like hard work equals success to Western culture and whiteness fails if you know anything about other cultures and their history.

Morgan Freeman touches on this in a couple of interviews. He makes it clear that poor whites weren't treated any differently than blacks during Jim Crowe. People just don't want to hear it.

Egypt disagrees. Nothing in ancient Egypt was based on race. It was all class based, yet it had many different races. Because of it's geographical location it had Europeans, Middle Eastern, sub saharan Africans. Due to it's extensive trading it had everything else in and out of the country. It was a force and economic powerhouse for centuries. Even when wars raged and it was under weak leaders, it still thrived as a civilization. Race being an issue is a relatively new thing. Even then, it can be more accurately attributed to culture than really race. That was more the reason for Egypt's success. All of those areas had very similar cultures and religions at the time.

It's been hilarious watching them try to clear their anti Asian tweets from the last 10 years.

@mahguvnah7403 We don't use a point based system. Some of them are refugees and others come as spouses of citizens. Plus being in the top 5% of many African countries isn't saying much. They come here penniless and make something of themselves. I'm not impressed with you minimizing them to make others appear more victimized then they are. Also not all are descendants of slaves. You're ignoring earlier immigrants and freedmen. Beyonce discovered her ancestors were slave owners. This push of erasing that blacks and Natives also owned slaves is denying reality for over simplified excuses. Edit to add: My Native and black ancestors experienced slavery, yet we have been successful. Using that as a blanket argument is just as disingenuous as feminist claiming women have always been oppressed. It ignores women that were large historical figures and that female peasants worked and owned businesses. Also prove your claim. You don't get to just pull 5% out of your butt without something to backup the claim.

@mahguvnah7403 To keep someone from having to read my other post, I thought I'd make a new one to address your 5% claim because I know you won't prove it. It's 100% false. Immigrants from sub saharan Africa are family members, refugees, and from the lottery. None of those are based on income or education. You're fake news.

That's harder than it sounds. Statistics might show an increase, but that's only a correlation. The only way to prove causation is for those committing it to answer honestly and that's difficult for several reasons. Mainly you have to trust they are answering honestly. Statistically it probably is increasing at the same rate as overall crime as well, so that could also show correlation.

There were other interviews that expressed similar ideas. I remember one that was saying the Asians would watch them and discriminated against them in their own neighborhood.
