The “where her organs!” crowd. As someone that IS shaped similar to the original Rogue, we do indeed exist and I’m sick of being told MY body is harmful to others. Edit: You did not try “it hasn’t even come out yet”. That’s as stupid as “you have to watch all of it before you can say it’s bad” crap. I don’t need to wait for it to come out to see how they’ve significantly changed the characters. Particularly the female characters. It’s literally in the trailer shown in this video.

  4. I’m upset about Storm. Her and Gambit were my favorites. She was always so composed, regal, and feminine despite how kickass she was. They gave her the side shave. I just know they’re going to change Gambit’s personality too. Can’t have a flirty strong masculine character.

Martin changes characters all the time and it’s okay because they’re his to do with as he sees fit with his creation.

Just because Claremont was a good writer doesn’t make them his. That’s like saying if I enjoyed someone else’s interpretation of Taming of the Shrew it no longer belongs to Shakespeare.

  8. They bragged about bringing all original voice actors back that are still alive. Then they said due to lack of diversity they cast this person to voice this character because the character looks Asian so must be voiced by one. That’s the first known bait and switch.

  11. No it wasn’t. It was just about anybody that didn’t fit into society. Those themes weren’t added until much later and just because one story line has to do with something that can fit that doesn’t make the overarching thing about it.

  12. Yes. They don’t want girls or women to be attractive because they’re attempting to change the beauty standards. They’re trying to reprogram society. They’ve been open about that. It’s only women, for the most part, that these changes are being done to. They’re fine with men being eye candy. It’s been an attack on women for awhile now. Every author that’s written about how Gender theory works pushes for the removal of the age of consent. It’s not a secret in the literature.

  15. Sorry Sean but Magneto destroys the gay allegory theory. I don’t think there’s a movement within gay people that wants to destroy all straight people. None of the supposed ones that were created and attached much later work. The only one that does is just general misfits and outcasts. Anyone who just doesn’t fit in. That’s the only allegory that works no matter the character.

  16. As an adult I get to decide what I am and aren’t interested or invested in. It’s like telling Roman citizens “why are you interested in and invested in gladiators? Nobody should be”.
