  1. His license was removed for non compliance of an unconstitutional mandate. That SHOULD mean any punishment as a result wasn't valid. Meaning his license should have still been honored. I don't have a right to drive, but if my license gets suspended because they thought I was driving intoxicated but it's proven that I wasn't later, my license should still be good and I wouldn't later be arrested for driving while it was illegally suspended.
