Sorry no. That's no different than saying their old enough to consent. Their brains aren't developed enough to understand longterm consequences. Yes they can be taught right from wrong. I look at young kids like dogs (not to dehumanize but in how they think). You train them and they react based on that training. You don't punish a dog because the owner couldn't be bothered to train it unless they're violent. The owner gets the fine and if it's bad enough the dog is removed and recieves proper training so it's suitable for a new home. Kids this young act that way because they're allowed to by their parents. They weren't properly trained on how to behave. It's not their fault. Yes they should be punished in some way, but not like an adult because they're not adults, because that helps them learn proper behavior. It should be in conjunction with them being removed from the situation that's caused the problem because as long as that's still an influence it won't help.

@mattmurphy7030 They don't commit crimes because they're raised to respect other people. The post said nothing about them being poor being the problem, yet that's what you took from it. The environment means their home life and the people they're allowed to hang around. I know a lot of rich kids that committed crimes but had a bad environment. Money isn't the issue.

He's done several videos involving them. I'm not going to claim everything they do is bad. The problem is they've been caught incentivizing testimony and statements, making false public statements about evidence they have to sway public opinion (so they can use public pressure to help get someone released), and various other things that should get them disbarred. They'll really pull out all the stops for any death penalty case even though there's zero doubt they're guilty. So it's not really about justice or righting wrongs because it doesn't matter to them if the person is 100% guilty. Edit: To make clear it's not about innocence at all so they shouldn't call themselves that.

Her attorney? No because that's confidential. What the attorney recommends yes because that's not private information she's giving him. You're allowed to give her advice you just can't listen to her talking to her attorney.

I had friends that did that. They'd steal new cars from the dealerships, take them to clearings in the woods, and do a demolition derby. They never got caught. That's when the keys would be in a locked box hanging on the driver's side window. They wouldn't ever do it on the roads though and endanger other people.

Prisons don't do forced labor anymore. It's also a violation of child labor laws. You don't end a child's life forever because they stole a car. We don't even do that to adults. That punishment has really stopped kids from joining gangs and killing rival gang members.
