  2. This reminds me of either the 80s or 90s when a group in Congress decided to audit the federal budget. They read out how much the government was paying for things. A toilet seat was like $700 and a hammer was a couple hundred. It was insane. It's why only 30% of the budget for social services reaches the people. Edit: This is what Hillary did in Haiti and Biden does with his family. It happens in the open in the federal government so why wouldn't it also happen all the way down to cities and municipalities.

  3. It's the blueprint created in Chicago for corrupt government. Chicago has been that way since the 20s or 30s and it's been perfected. It's not surprising it's spread.
