Like, funding hundreds of n*z* proruzzian NGOs, literal oligarchs and one of the biggest party in Ukraine? Ruzzian agents have been trying to destroy Ukraine since 2000th. We still cant get rid of proruzzian politicians and agents because, unlike Israel, we stuck in ultra liberalism, when every attempt to restrict literal influences of enemy is seen as "they are literally hitler"
