Actually no, because firstly u have to put some EU authority in Moldova and Ukraine, to maintain reforms. Also prorussian ppl and russians will stay imperialistic nazis, because they non ironically believe, that West is "satanic liberal multicultural nazi communist gay soy empire of evil" and this bad West want to destroy Russia and take all their freedoms (yeah, russians believe, that they are more free, than ppl in liberal democratic states)
