  1. I bet she really doesn't understand, that there are social contract between people (taxpayers) and government (state). State exist to redistribute wealth and keep public services to maintain "balance" in capitalistic society. When government and bureaucracy become business, then there are no natural reasons to pay taxes or keep state alive - because it's obvious failedstate
