There is only one source of anger, and that is hate. You cannot help yourself. You may say that the source is external, that there are five things you are enslaved to be emotionally controlled by, yet you are the cage and holder of the keys. Just as you are helpless before your own rage, so are others. Forgive what's been done to you, that you may be forgiven. You may need help doing that. When humans have no answers, then you will have a way to know God. Ask to be shown how, and helped to do. Mathew chapter 6 has the way to know God otherwise. Later folks.
