@wststokes7373 you forgot Mathew chapter 6, the whole chapter. I would finish your statement with it's instructions. The christ through jesus gave us the template to seeking God first, standards and practices, and the method to hear God's living word within.
Lacking that from your text kinda makes it seem empty, when in reality all things in this life and the next are added to you by living as Christ instructed in Mathew chapter 6, the whole chapter. Also luke 14, I think 26 on, but the part I speak of is Christ's reply to the men who asked him what they must do to follow him.
Take care. To answer your first question: there is only right and wrong. All things boil down to right and wrong. One doesn't need to know good and evil to do right and not do wrong, but in doing right, seeking God first, and following God's living word, one will certainly not end up evil, even though I make no claim to know the difference between good and evil, only right and wrong.
Good day.

@candywilson2367 lol you thought this was thinking, but really you do not know what knowing is, or you would know that this isn't thinking, but knowing. Wisdom from that which is eternal doesn't age, nor does knowledge deceive, or decay corrupt who lives the truth, no matter how many liars lie that the opposite is true. Why do the suffering fall, and the fallen suffer? Why do the risen delight in adversity, and rise faster for it? If you have to think about it, you do not know. If you answer still without knowing, and knowing you do not know you answer, you are a liar believing in the thoughts you think, which shift and change like floating in the water leaving the sink. I assure, from water used to wash dishes no one wants to drink, yet they treat their thoughts as pure water to sipped, gulped, and glass clanked. Good day, if you can, good night if you will.
