@2mon249 friend, with respect, white folks have a different kind of melanin in high concentration called pheomelanin, and sub Saharan folks have eumelanin. One is adapted from northern conditions of Bavaria, and southern Europeans were white and blonde before the moors rapped Europe, giving them eumelanin content with the pheomelanin. There are lighter brown tones of eumelanin found from before the moors purposefully committed genocide in Europe via forced breeding, yet came from seasonal uv balance changes, and are still observable today. There is nothing better or worse about one skin color or another, save environment based adaptive traits, and the history of how they got there.
