  1. How much are they suing for? I figured this was about $. They must know they have some. Although a horrible tragedy, both parents lost their kids. Money wont change anything. They set up a foundation asking for $ as soon as they found their daughter. I grieve for them but don’t make it about financial gain. Is their expensive lawyer being paid from their foundation? I am completely sympathetic , but this lawsuit makes no sense. The one who should have been tried is the one who murdered her. That would be justice. This lawsuit isn’t about justice.

  2. I have followed this case and I grieve for Gabbys parents but what good will it do to drain the state for a trial that will not bring back their daughter and not try the killer? As soon as Gabby died . Her parents set up a foundation and appeared on the news for donations. I don’t think it was even a week after she died. Are Brians family wealthy that they are suing fro $? What if his parents had nothing.. Who is paying for what appears to be a high paid attorney/ Their foundation? I hate to be cynical but we know that people can draw salaries from a foundation…look at the Clintons and Meghan and Harry-to name two. I just don’t see the point. It was a horrible horrible tragedy. But this lawsuit is pointless. The parents lost both of their children. I watched this in its entirety to find out what damages they are seeking…to no avail.
