PS with Det Isom hours after the murder-she admitted she was on Trescott. So twice she was on Trescott, twice she wasn’t on Trescott. Which is it Wendi?

I had to consider that at 38 years old. And I never looked back 28 years ago. Just this morning, reading all the mockery here, I thought that one day it will be an amazing thing to be in heaven and meet some of the people who once mocked God in the comments section of Youtube.   30. He was not in a bitter custody battle. Dans lawyer explained this to Vinnie. Why do you still not have the facts of this case? It’s almost like it’s Wendi’s PR “machine” that states the same when you google her name. Same thing. It was a custody issue. No it was not! Dan’s attorney stated it was not about custody. It was about what was to come up at court. Withholding marital assets and Supervised visits with Donna-thats what Dan was going for, It is incredible that court TV STILL does not know this Please guys.

  45. Again he is saying it was a custody battle… No custody was decided even before the divorce was settled. They had JOINT custody. Tow things were going to happen in court the next month if he wasnt murdered. He is not mentioning these issues: 1. Wendi could lose her license for lying to the court about assets. 2. Donna could lose her ability to be alone with the boys.
