  1. Vinny is clueless as well. This is the second piece on this murder that Vinny has stated that this murder was due to a “custody battle”. The custody was settled a year prior by the courts. Watch Jury trial mentor channel and learn about this case.

  2.  @habibi750  I put a comment about this not being about a custody issue and I have 10 people commenting back to me that it was. They havent followed the case either. They just take what Vinny feeds them. You have to read the court documents to know what was coming up the month after the murder.

  11. The Lexus had a LOT of miles on it. It was probably the car Harvey and Donna used to drive up and back to Tally all the time. It was “sold: to Katie for 1700.00 “cash” although there was no cash withdrawal from her account to buy it. Its market worth was 6,000.00

  12.  @MsPebblesFlintstone  right. I believe it was Katies friend Yisidra (sp) who said it was “pristine”. It could have been the exterior and kept well. Chris Decoste tried to argue that Detective Isom could not know what condition it was in bc he did not state the mileage. I just watched his testimony today after not seeing it a long time. I was correct with the book value. Decoste tried to get Isom on that. He said that by looking it up and not knowing the mileage, he couldn’t know the true value. Isom also said it was hard to trace money transactions in reference to the car.

  18.  @triamaria  the neighbor identified the car as a Prius, they saw the car at the gym and on the street by the house. They were able to see the unmatched passenger side mirror, the sun pass and the missing cover for towing. And the car had a tracking device and led them to the contract where LR and SGs name and info was documented. And later on the bullet hole repair in the passenger floor. So not just bc of the sun pass!

  23.  @tiahbawa5771  I’m saying that Katie on her recent proffer has information just coming to light. The timing is what is telling. If the state had information that was conclusive for implementing Wendi, they would have done something…maybe not when Willie Meggs was involved, but at least in the last 5 years. Just my opinion. And Fanci Fictions opinion as she states in the last video

  25. Dan died first-then she changed their names a month later. She lied on the stand that it was a year later. RUTH MARKEL MENTIONS IN HER BOOK that in 2015, Wendi emails her that she changed the last name the year before.
