@please.665 Unless she lies and it can be proven. Georgia explained this on an interview. So the point was to catch her in lies…no immunity for those questions.

Yes the day before her ex is murdered…she doesn’t know where the kids slept. Also lying about seeing a road block from v=Centerville road —which was impossible since her husband house was at least a half a mile into Trescott. She changed this answer at the next trial.

@lizzieball3795 right. He said he was surprised she didn’t have the kids that week and didn’t want to see him tuesday, wed and thursday. The yoga was Monday but once he said it was Tuesday and many people got that confused. Just wondering why she called him over to her house at all. I guess bc she got locked out. Not sure what happened with that story. I would love to know who the moving company was that was hired and where her stuff was moved to. If it was moved to her family home in Coral Springs, it makes sense that she was cleaning out her room the week or so before. She had to make room for some of her “stuff”…

I believe she had eyelid surgery for hooded lids and perhaps a brow lift. Her eyes have changed from earlier photos of her when she was with DM

EXACTLY…She also lied about just taking an overnight bag when she left two days after the murder. Yet her hosue was totally ready for a move according to Ruth Markel. Everything was packed up and she never returned.

Wendi says it was a month after the murder that she had the dinner with Charlie and she threw up. Jeffrey La Casse says it was 10 days.

My guess is so she would get on the stand and Georgia can get lies from her. If she lies on the stand and it can be proven ,then she no longer has immunity from those questions. So if she is apprehended, and on trial, she has no protection. Thats how Georgia explained it on an interview. I forget where I saw the interview-on what channel

@juanacastillo7154 I notice on several channels you claim she WILL be arrested. You seem certain. Any time she answered “I don’t believe so”, or “I dont think so,”. Or “I don’t remember”, you can make an assumption that is a lie, bc otherwise she says “Yes or no”. She protected herself that way. Some examples - challenging to be the executor of Dans will after the murder -asked about her mother scheduling the Best Buy appointment.

G CAPPELMAN-“ So, the question is..If she’s proven to have lied, could that be used against her in future proceedings, and I think the answer is “yes”, and also she could face consequences for perjury if that could be proven that any witness lied under oath” ——————— “Arguable both…” Thats the prosecutors words… it would NEGATE THE IMMUNITY DEAL deal AND open her up for potential consequences. Thankfully, she lied several times on the stand (or changed her story-one is about driving on Trescott and or seeing some blockage from Centerville, which is impossible, among other things…

@gwenscott535 Wendi never used her married name. Look at her engagement announcement in the New York Times. It stated she will use her maiden name. So your example is irrelevant to the case. You also did not have your brother hire a hit man to murder your ex.

Too bad Kawass does realize its summer and Wendi wasn’t working when she asked her the daycare routine. (And Wendi said it depended on whether she had classes. )She didn’t have classes in the summer….The day prior to the murder was an important day. She was seen by LR on the driveway the day prior to the murder. She also tells GC that she saw the crime tape . However, she would have had to actually drive on Trescott to see it. She said she DIDNT turn onto Trescott bc of the tape. She clearly lied.

@juanacastillo7154 Thats not what Georgia Cappelman said when she was asked about it. I’d have to look at what channel she was on. I believe it was Surviving the survivor. If I have time today Ill find it. She stated that she cannot be asked any questions she was asked at trial UNLESS she lied about it. That is why I believe she asked many questions she knew Wendi would lie about.

@carolynyanik2197 no it wasn’t. It was on surviving the survivor. You are thinking of the interview after the trial when ML interviewed her. Do you think I would make a comment , especially being so specific on where it was on the timestamp, if I were not correct?
