  1. Add chainsaw repair man to the list of skills. Nice job showing the amount of work that goes into having a crackling stove to keep you warm. I second the previous suggestion to get some sort of towing rope or belt to drag those big trees out onto the lake after trimming the branches and before chopping them into pieces. You can do the work where it's easiest and let the tools do the work in the deep snow.
