Coming along nicely! Won't be long until the addition is closed in. Might want to consider getting a bunch of silicone caulking tubes. When it warms up enough (above freezing) you should go around and caulk every spot where water might seep between things every time it rains or snow melts. Overdo it. Then put on your flashing and caulk around that too. Water will find strange ways to move in cracks. Best defense is to prevent it from getting in. The cost of caulk will be a lot less than the cost to pull things apart for repairs if the wood starts rotting from water damage. Check the caulk for temperature range before you buy it. Skimping doesn't really save you much in the long run. Most caulk should be applied at temperatures above freezing (higher is better), and when the surfaces are dry. Bigger openings might require expanding spray foam, which requires even higher temperatures to apply (60 F and above).
