  1. Awesome northern lights this time. An interesting description of the frosty beard effect in really cold weather. You forgot to mention that every time you inhale your nostrils freeze up, an effect I found surprising the first time it happened. Thanks for sharing your journeys in the cold and snow. Some of us are stuck in places where it's still 70 F and we never see snow. As for margarine, I'd say to skip it and stick with pure butter. Veggy oils are mostly omega-6 and not as good for you as butter (omega-3). Besides, I grew up in dairy country so maybe I'm biased. Moo!
