A tip to keep in mind when taking things apart that you'll need to put back together: Mark each piece with a number and letter at points where they come together. That way you'll be able to put things back in the same place easily. Your floor was small enough it wasn't necessary, but for a bigger project you'll save a lot of time. For example. At the board corners where they came together put a 2A:3A on one corner and a 2B:3B at the other corner (the number represents the board and the letter represents the corner). That way you know where those two sheets come together and the proper orientation. Getting everything back the way it was means the holes for the screws will be in the same places, right above the joists. I'd consider putting a temporary skirt around the deck when you get a chance. Trapping still air underneath will help insulate the floor too. Maybe some sort of velcro strips attached to the deck framing to keep a piece of canvas in place around the sides and front. Easy to put on and remove, yet effective at keeping the air underneath trapped inside when it gets breezy outside.
