  2. The 'joke' originates from Puerto Rico's crisis of solid waste disposal. The crisis has been ongoing since 2021 and Harris has done NOTHING about it! Trump needs to flip this script and promise that his extremely talented and brilliant team will commit to working with solving this problem with Puerto Rico. Think of the team of people Trump has! Musk, Ramaswamy, RFK Jr., Tulsi Gabbard! These are brilliant people! If Elon Musk can find a way to bring a rocket booster BACK to the launch pad on its own power...I'm pretty sure he can find an efficient way to handle Puerto Rico's trash. Combine that with RFK Jr.'s environment and health focus!
