  2. The Republican candidate for Senate in Pennsylvania WON. So did the GOP candidates in Ohio, Montana and West Virginia. Three of them defeating defeating incumbent Democrats. To me, it indicates that a LOT of Democrats voted for Trump as President, but otherwise voted for Dems. Not surprising. Compare the number of registered Democrats voting in WI, MI, AZ and NV to the number of votes Trump got in each of those states. This is how so many 'blue' states moved so far to the right on Trump, but not so much on Congressional and Senate races. There's your answer. Ticket splitting. We need to lay the blame on McConnell. 'Trump Democrats'. Same thing happened in 1980.
