After "celebrating" the destruction of the dam for hours, the Russians suddenly changed their tune and said "We din't do nuthin'" Guess what...80% of the fresh water in Crimea comes from canals fed by that dam. The Russians are desperate to stop the Ukrainian offensive. Even at the expense of the "Russian" citizens in Crimea.
