  1. WOW! Thank you! Great topic and you obviously did a LOT of work. My experience...I generally buy DeWalt bit sets when they are on "Black Friday" specials. I always load up on driver bits and drill bits, enough to last me until the next black friday sale, so the price I pay is lower than what you quote. I also do not use phillips screws and bits with an impact driver. I prefer square drive or torx drive. I understand why you would test them as they are the most common, and I appreciate all the work you did. Great test! But phillips bits are not the best for impact driver use.
