If you worked for a company and were responsible for issuing contracts...and you issued a contract to a person or company and paid them double or triple what other contractors would charge...and then that same contractor turned out to be your married lover and took you on vacations, cruises and bought plane tickets in your name...you would be FIRED at a minimum, and prosecuted for embezzlement at worst. Most likely EVERY contract you had EVER issued would be cancelled, audited or non-renewed. It's called a "Kickback" and is one of the oldest forms of corruption in history.
