Information released just today that a seismic station in Romania recorded strong seismic shocks just before the dam collapsed at a distance equal to the distance from the seismic station to Kahovka dam. Clearly there was an explosion(s), probably within the dam structure itself. Over-filling the reservoir to maximize flood damage was part of the preparation for a planned catastrophe and part of the Russians "excuse". Bottom line...anything bad happening in Ukraine after the Russians invasion is the Russians fault. Absent their invasion, the dam would not have been destroyed.
