@RichardDesloge-g7x 'Treason' actually has a definition and it isn't "She said something I don't like"🤦🏼♂ Worst case: This is an ethics violation of House rules and she MAY get a written note saying she was a bad girl. But I doubt it. If you expect anything else, you WILL be disappointed.

@thomasohanlon1060 It isn't. She won't be prosecuted, or even investigated, for a crime...because it isn't one.

@thomasohanlon1060 Blah, blah, blah. Won't happen. I'm not going to debate you. I'm just trying to prevent your disappointment.

@Lord_of_ChaoSan Depends on your definition of 'pop'. What is your definition of 'pop'?

@thomasohanlon1060 Which statute does it violate? Chapter and paragraph please.

@bonnieboo1984UT I'm correct, you're wrong. If you disagree, explain in detail.

How is this any different than the hundreds of videos telling people how to avoid being charged with DUI or how to resist your vehicle or home being searched without a warrant? This is much ado about nothing. The right does it as much as the left. Gasping and pearl clutching over nothing. Freedom of speech protects speech you don't like. Spoiler alert: AOC will not be 'charged with a crime' because this is not a crime. She MAY be 'investigated' by the House Ethics Committee for violating some House ethics rule...but ethics violations are not crimes and the punishment is nothing more than a 'write up' AOC will NOT be "impeached, because Congress members cannot be 'impeached'. AOC will NOT be expelled from Congress, that takes a 2/3 majority vote and Democrats won't vote against their own like Republicans do (George Santos)

Won't happen. That takes a 2/3 majority vote. Republicans barely have a majority in the House and Democrats don't vote against their own like Republicans do when they expelled George Santos. Nice dream...next lifetime maybe.

@herbie_the_hillbillie_goat Spoiler alert: bonnieboo1984UT is NOT a lawyer and doesn't do a good job of pretending to be one on the internet. AOC violated NO laws. She may have violated some House ethics rules, but that is not criminal and would be handled within the House. When asked, even Tom Homan couldn't cite a violation. I don't like AOC, but what she did is NOT a crime.
