  2. Standing in front of a disastrous fire is NOT how you show 'you care'. PREVENTING fires is how you show you care. Having the resources to minimize damage from unavoidable fires is how you show you 'care'.

  3. You know what else causes the fires to spread? Non-native, imported eucalyptus trees. Millions of them. They smell so nice. Uh-huh...and their bark and the oils in the wood are highly flammable! They are, quite literally, putting gasoline on the fire. There were NO eucalyptus trees in CA until they were first imported in 1920. This isn't 'climate change'. This is mismanagement and unintended consequences of uniformed decisions. The forest CAN NOT be left 'natural' when people are living in it!
