  1.  @unitrobe0  OR...no charges. Weiss has requested the court DISMISS the charges for which they refused the plea deal. This will just delay the case and put off Congress' investigation...until after the election.

  3. ABC following the White House orders. The "investigation" has NOT been "intensified", it has been CANCELED. AG Garland just threw this investigation into a black hole where it will never see the light of day again, and NO ONE can ask about it because..."ongoing investigation." DOJ moves to dismiss Hunter Biden case to bring new charges <------ Copy and paste that, put it in your search bar. The same prosecutor wanted for questioning by Congress about his slow walk of the case and his sweetheart plea deal, which was thrown out of court, begged to be appointed "Special Counsel" so he can decline Congress' requests to testify. The DOJ has now filed a request with the Federal District Court of Delaware...the one that denied the plea deal...to DISMISS the charges against Hunter Biden. He couldn't get his deal, so Daddy's DOJ just DISMISSES the charges!!!!!! The DOJ says they will "consider refiling in a new venue". Translation: They won't. THIS is what happens when a crime family gets ahold of the Executive Branch of government.
