It is a FREE sweepstakes choosing winners from people who sign a petition supporting a Constitutional Amendment proposal. It has -0- to do with voting. -0- I'm sure that fact won't matter to you, unless Elon supported Harris.

  3. This case will not proceed at all. The ONLY reason for it was to create a scandal before the election. They failed. There is NO law against rewarding people for signing a petition to support a constitutional amendment. This has nothing to do with their votes.
