  1. A very smart, honorable and honest man who was a lousy President. I didn't vote for him in 1976 or 1980. I wasn't a fan of his policies, but I always respected him as a MAN. I'm glad he lived long enough to see Biden supersede him as 'Worst President Ever'. When he was voted out, he went on to build homes for low income people...and that means he picked up a hammer and actually built them! He didn't try to be a puppet master like Obama, or run a crime family like Clinton or Biden. RIP, President Carter.
