@steezykanes10monthofbeinga29 Glocks are like labor unions. They were a great idea when they started and resulted in innovations, but now that everyone else does the same thing...for less cost, they are just an unnecessary expense. If they want to keep selling guns at inflated costs, they need to come up with something new. I give them credit for setting a standard for everyone else to meet. But now you can get reliable polymer frame handguns from Taurus, Mossberg and many others, for half the price. And much more innovative guns from SIG or H&K for the same cost. Glock...what have you done for me lately?

I would rather have an STI than a Glock.

@steezykanes10monthofbeinga29 They charge what the market will bear, not what their guns are worth. As long as Glock robot fan boys march forth and buy every new gun they put out for an inflated price, they will continue to offer the same bowl of porridge. Capitalism is a great system, but not without its flaws.

@davontelucas6243 I was offered a Glock for FREE and offered to be paid to carry it. I turned it down. Why would I care if they're over priced. I'm not black BTW. (as if that matters)

@ferrasgunreviews3426 TBH I won't carry anything but a DA/SA or DAO hammer fired handgun on my body. I couldn't care less about "trigger pull" or sights, for that matter. For a defensive handgun, they are simply not necessary or useful. My daily carry handguns currently are a S&W 3914 DAO, S&W Model 642 and S&W M&P .380 Bodyguard. Which I carry depends on my clothing and planned activities. They all have very heavy DAO trigger pulls. Absolutely terrible for target shooting, absolutely perfect for close range self defense. Sights are whatever came with the gun. None are adjustable. I carried a SIG P228 for 19 years as my plainclothes duty handgun. I still own it, but it is a little too big for for "retired guy in Florida" clothes most days of the year. When I went to plainclothes duty in 1990, I was offered a dept. issued Glock 19 for free. I turned it down and bought an approved alternate, the SIG 228, with my own money. I don't know anything about rap music. I'll take your word for it. I also don't care if the gun is "cool looking." I carry concealed. Simple...it MUST go "bang" every time you pull the trigger and the trigger must NOT be easy to pull.

@blendzeqiri2384 At your age, the best thing for you to do is learn about shooting and guns, safety rules and improving your ability. As you get older and have more experience, you will develop your own preferences (which will probably be different than they are now). Keep shooting! It's an enjoyable pastime you can enjoy your whole life.
